You can fill it with wood filler to match the cabinets. Just overfill and sand down flat.

Use wood filler, comes in colours to help. You may need more than one colour as one hole is in light part of wood and other is in dark part of wood. fill holes a little proud and rub them down flush when completely dry. best wishes.

You could use elmers wood filler and sand it smooth. then if it doesn't match the wood completely, use a stain to color the "holes" to match the finish.

You can fill with wood putty. Make sure to do a color match of stain before it dries because it normally doesn't take stain after it dries.
