Hello. Generally I buy mine at Walmart but if you have a coupon which you can pull up digitally on your phone hobby lobby and Michaels can be another source. Their sticker price is quite harsh
Also buying seasonal clearance is a good way to acquire some foliage and flowers. I’ve been it can be up to 90% off if you’re timing is right.
Michaels with a coupon! Make sure you download the app so you always have the coupons with you. Once in a blue moon I’ve found good ones at the dollar store - but rare.
Your best buy is the big craft stores with a coupon. The faux flowers usually are of higher quality. Also as mentioned, if you wait until a season's end, you can get huge discounts.
Dollar stores might have the best bargains.
Try your local dollar store.
Dollar Store
Michaels with a coupon or Dollar tree but the craft store ones are nicer.
Dollar Tree is my Favorite!
Hi,
Try Dollar Stores, Rummage Sales. Charity Shops etc.
Dollar Tree
Hello Halleronb, the best places would be dollar stores or second hand stores, but ideally bulk or dollar stores.
Amazon wins hands down. Especially if you need a large order.
An Everything's a Dollar store it Dollar Tree. I get cute life like faux flowers from our local Dollar Tree.
Generally the flowers at Dollar Stores have less pr bunch, shorter stems, are not glued together as sturdily, and are made from thinner fabric compared with higher priced artificial flowers.
Depending on your particular project, it may not be as cost effective in the long run to buy by price alone.
As a few other Hometalkers have noted above, Thrift stores are often a good place to get faux flowers at prices way below retail. The bouquets/wreaths etc. may not be in brand new condition, but can be taken apart, rearranged, and revived with new bows.
Dollar Tree is my go to when making arrangements for friends and clients.
Monday or Tuesday run to Goodwill that’s where your gems are hiding!!!
