Hi,
Might be cheaper to replace it! I found if you get it re-gassed, it still might not work.
What exactly is not working properly with the fridge?
When you plug it in does it make any sound/is there electricity getting into the unit?
or does it just not get or stay cold?
First, unplug it and check and clean the coils and the condenser fan. Plug it in again and check to see if the fan is running. If not, the motor may be the problem and will need to be repaired or replaced.

After the trouble shooting tips above I would try calling the manufacturer. Likely its the main coil that has gone out and could be replaced. I agree though it may be cheaper just to replace it I've seen countless little refrigerators at my local salvage depot that work great for only around $30
Question is very vague. You don't say what the problem is. Does the fan motor run or not. Is it not cooling. Is the compressor running or just humming.
What's wrong with your refrig? Does it run, too cold, too hot? Try unplugging it and see if it re-sets and works properly. Call the mgfr with the make and model numbers and see if their hotline suggests what the problem could be. It may not be fixable on a customer level. You then get to make a decision of how to proceed, have an appliance repair pro come in and charge you big bucks or replace it.
