Hi Georgia, to get the stains out you need to mix bleach and water and let the pitcher soak in it for a few hours. Once the stain is gone, make sure to throughly clean the pitcher with hot soap and water to make sure there is no bleach left.
Here's another way to accomplish the task:

I use bleach and water to clean stains out of plastic containers. Then run them thru the dishwasher but can be hand washed
Soak with baking soda
Thanks!

How to Remove Tea Stains from Everything You Lovewww.plumdeluxe.com › how-to-remove-tea-stains
I used to have a plastic pitcher that I used just for iced tea and it got stained. I found that by putting a little bleach into the pitcher and let it sit over night and that solved the problem.

try stirring in some oxiclean powder in water and scrub it. That may take the stain out!
I use baking soda. Unfortunately, some stains are so set, they won't come out, but it's worth a try.
Thank you Kim and I think that might be the case with my pitcher. I think I've waited to long to fix the issue.
Or . . . Fill with white vinegar and set in the sun. Depending upon where you live, you might need to wait until next spring. Still in the mid to upper 70's with lots of sun here where I am. Just used vinegar to bleach out carrot and avocado stains off a plastic cutting board.
Thanks Naomie! I will definitely have to wait to next spring as I live in Illinois and it's very cold here but I will do the bleach method and see what happens. Thanks again.

You can definitely make use of ingredients which can be seen at your kitchen. This can be lemon, baking soda, and vinegar. Have tried it, and it was really effective!
Hope you find this helpful Georgia😊
