Hi there,
Cut out a card Heart or a wooden one and then wrap the yarn around until you are happy. Fasten it off by threading a heavy needle with the yarn and pushing it into the bulk of the heart and then out again. Cut the ned of Yarn!

I found a couple of ideas for you - you could also use a cross stitch heart shape to cover the heart with yarn.

This would be a fun and easy project! You can simply use yarn and wrap it around a wood heart orca heart that you cut out of cardboard. I did a similar project with yarn-wrapped wood stars and it came out great! You can see my them here: https://momhomeguide.com/holiday-stars-gallery-wall/
