Arrows aren’t just for traffic signage and pointing people in the right direction to wherever they want to go. While they’re not typically seen in most homes, there’s a bit of a known trend in using arrows as wall art and to draw attention to smaller details. Since arrows can be created in all sorts of different shapes, sizes, and styles — from long and narrow to short and fat, they can work in almost any space. Here are a few examples to give you some inspiration.

you could free hand paint them or you could decoupage them, you could white wash them, it all depends on where you plan to use them - paint them a color you like that will pop in whatever room you use them in
Hi Sharon. You could make signs with them. For instance, at Christmas time, one could say "Reindeer Parking", and "Elf Workshop". Or similar ones for Halloween. The arrow will be used to point the way.
I would paint them in bright colors that contrast the rest of your decor.
Add stripes in the colors that compliment your room.
I have seen homemade chevron arrows used to show the way to the bathroom and laundry room. Even vertical instead or horizontal.
Maybe paint letters on the arrow that say Beach, Adventure, etc.
They usually have leather trips hanging from them with feathers in diffrent colors you could add wood beads

Add some teal paint to them in a pattern like diamond or angled wide stripes. Perhaps apply a vinyl saying or initials.
I'd add hanging streamers below them
They can be used to hold jewery, small towels etc.
You could chalk paint them
