You can remove the grout and replace it. There is a small tool or you can use a dremel. Make sure to seal it after you put new grout in the area.
Clean the grout, wet and add fresh. Follow by two coats of grout sealer.

Hello. If you have some loose grout samples it will be advisable to save them and bring them to your local tile store to try to match the correct color to patch the areas.
It can be tricky to do there are more grout colors than you might expect.
You should be able to re grout. Biggest issue is matching up the color. Make sure after grouting apply a sealer...
I find it hard to match grout on tiles, especially if they've been grouted for awhile. A good cleaning of the grout may help. When you do the grout you may have to play with the color a bit to match. Good luck!
