Glue on small tile with E6000 glue
Go to HOme Depot of Lowes and pick up corner Medallions, and decorative molding. If you use corner medallions you just need to cut straight pieces. Spray paint the molding with Rustoleum, and also spray half of the back as it will show in the mirror. Attach with builders adhesive or Loctite power grab. I you do not want to use medallions you can purchase a small mitre box and make mitered corners.
