You can make a fabric "snake" by sewing a length of fabric that will contain the cords in a color that blends with the decor. You could also wrap in yarn if you don't sew.
You can cut material in the length you need, allowing for a hem on each end. For the width, double what you need and hem it as well. Then use thin velcro to attach the sides together once you wrap around the cords.
