Hi Ev, not sure what exactly you're looking for (or how many you have) but here is one of my absolutely favorite Hometalk projects using bottle caps!
Hi Ev, here's a couple of links. Maybe some of the ideas will inspire you. Have fun with them.
Here's a link with 50 ideas:
You can create a collage with them
Hello. They can be applied in the mosaic fashion to make a decorative surface on a tray or even furniture table top. I have seen a bar top covered in them and covered with me epoxy pour.
Another artsy idea is to cover a cut out wooden fish with them and use the bottle caps as a decorative scale.
Hi Ev: Do you have a dog? I know, you're wondering what this is about. But when I was young, (around 5) this is what I did with my bottle caps. They were metal back then, but you can use the plastic ones, you just have to drill holes in the centre of them. What I did was I took 2 2x4's and cut them (with dad's help) to about 4 feet long, pointed on one end of each long piece, and one piece about 1 1/2 feet long, not pointed ends. I nailed the bottle caps in rows, about 3 across down the wide side, and about a foot and a half from the bottom on the 2 long ones. Then I nailed the short piece of wood to the 2 long ones making like a U shape. Then I nailed caps to this short piece. The caps were on the inside of this U. Then, I pounded the whole thing into the ground (with the help of my brothers, who don't really know which end of a screw driver to hold) and stuck the dog through. Once he found out he could get his back and sides scratched at the same time, there was no getting him out of there. He stood in the middle and leaned back and forth for hours:) Or. you could nail them to a piece of wood like flowers, but the dog would like the other one better :)
You could make stepping stones and make designs with them on top, you could make little pin cushions cotton Patric then hot glue fabric over cotton and glue in cover.

I’ve been saving bottle caps to make DIY wind chimes. You can drill holes through them and string them together.
This is an example of one you could make: https://craftsbyamanda.com/recycled-plastic-lid-windchime/
You can also use bottle caps and a mason jar top: https://www.hometalk.com/32090213/diy-recycled-bottle-cap-wind-chime?expand_all_questions=1
You can collect them and create a tray using a piece of wood . You would glue them down
