Hi Carolyne you will need to buy brink / concrete anchors. The best way I've found is to use a masonry bit on your drill. Drill a whole and then pound your anchors into your new hole. I know they make command hooks etc. that claim to be "sticky" enough to hold on to concrete but I haven't tried them. https://www.confast.com/articles-how-to-install-concrete-fasteners/
Hi Carolyn, depeding on the weight of your item, you might be able to use some of the newer versions of 3M Command Tape or Hooks or Velcro. But for heavier items or permanent installs GrandmasHouseDIY has providd the best answer!

It might depend on what you're hanging but if you're able, use masonry screws.

You can purchase clips for bricks if you don't want to drill into them. You can use a masonry bit and drill into it. You could also look into Gorilla Tape or Alien Tape.

Hello Carolyn,
You use Masonry Drill and Rawl Plugs to take the screws.
