How do make outside area to show seashells possibly cement or ???
I have seen it somewhere before but...I think you lay the seashells on top of wet cement? And possibly use silicone or something clear on top to keep safe. Not a walkway just something to use all my shells over the years. So I can look at them and remember the beaches! Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi Belinda! I wonder if a table top might be a fun way to do what you're looking for? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPIGBX0oo60
Hi Belinda, you could try something like this, using cement rather than sand. To top coat, it's generally an epoxy that's used when you want a hard, clear, very durable surface.

My uncle owns a beach cabin and got a clear glass lamp frame (like these at amazon https://www.amazon.com/clear-glass-lamps-fillable/s?k=clear+glass+lamps+fillable). Looks nice on the coffee table. Provides light and shows off his collection of shells at the same time.

Get a hold of a local concrete finisher in your area. They will be able to supply you with a concrete sealer... You can also use a spray grout sealer commonly used for grout in tile work..
Most definitely you can embed your shells in concrete, lots of Hometalkers have made mosaics like this so try the search bar at the top left. If these will be outside, look for exterior rated sealers like spar varnish.
