Lemon juice vinegar and I thought dawn dish soap
The combination of lemon juice and vinegar may be more effective at killing weeds than using each ingredient alone. Using double the amount of vinegar to lemon juice in a homemade mixture may have the best results. Use caution when using lemon juice and vinegar as a weed spray. Lemon juice and vinegar can kill any type of plant, so when spraying your weeds, make sure you avoid the plants you want to keep.

Hi Judie, just pour vinegar and lemon juice into a spray container. I usually just use vinegar, salt and a squirt of Dawn dishwashing soap and mix well. The Dawn helps the mixture to adhere to the weeds for a longer time rather than running down onto the ground. Be sure not to use this on any plants you want to thrive!
Here's what I've used, but it doesn't have lemon juice:
2 cups white vinegar
¼ cup salt
Squirt of dawn
Mix in a spray bottle. If you have a larger area, you can mix in a garden sprayer with larger quantities. Use when it will not be raining for a few hours so that it isn’t washed away.
I use one cup of vinegar, one cup of salt to two gallons water in a garden sprayer. Saturate the weeds till dripping. Do not use on lawn or in garden. Will kill everything. Boiling water on weeds in lawn and garden.
