How do I replace these worn out glides?
My kitchen drawer glides are shot, but I can’t find similar replacements. Drawers are too narrow for the cabinet, so these brackets are installed at the drawer opening. What the heck are they?

I don't see why you can't remove all the existing slide hardware and replace with new sets. It doesn't matter the width of the drawer, just the depth.
These things wear out, sadly. But you should be able to replace them without too much trouble.
take one out and go to your hardware store or home depot and they can tell you what you need to replace them
They are so old you'll never find anything like them. You can remove and replace them with current drawer slides. All you need is 1/2" space on each side of the drawer to mount them. If you don't have the space then bottom mount slide would work. Lots of instructions and Youtube videos. Just Google "install drawer slides".
Try Ace Hardware. We have a few of them and they all stock a wide variety of older style hardware.
Hi! These slides are supposed to work on the side of the drawer:

I have the same glides. I fixed the bottom "hinge" with new screws. I found a replacement at Ace Hardware for another drawer.
I would bring it with me to a local cabinet shop, they'll be able to suggest a replacement that will work. You can also try a hardware store, but they may not be as knowledgeable about the specifics.

You would need to replace whole piece .. contact your website
Do you have any stores that do architectural salvage or maybe a Habitat ReStore in your area? They might have replacements.
This would need a replacement for the whole piece. You can visit your local cabinet shop and ask for some suggestions on what to replace.
