Hi,
Bend back and use Micropore tape over the crease. Good luck!
Here's another method to fix the bend:

If they're the plastic ones, I would just buy new ones.
it is easier and cheaper to buy new blinds than try to fix them - you can buy them at Walmart or other stores and you don't have to spend a lot
You can get mini blinds all day long at my local goodwill.
Since they are so inexpensive, I would replace it unless you have extra slats lying around. That will probably be the least trouble and cost.
Less than $10 bucks. Replace it.
I would just replace since so inexpensive, if they're old and worn they'll just continue to break.
I would replace them. If you have extra slats the broken ones can be replaced. The cost of new ones why try to repair when it can turn out bad or others slats can break.
Here's a post that might help https://www.blindschalet.com/kba-repair-broken-blinds-115.html
There are likely ways to do it but you might weigh the time and effort along with the possibility of the repair not working versus a quick, inexpensive replacement.
If you have a local Habitat for Humanity they sell mini blinds for $2 each.
