Looks like a kind of little beetle. I would try spraying it with a 50/590 mix of vinegar and water following these instructions. https://www.gardenguides.com/99364-vinegar-insect-garden-spray.html If too much vinegar is used you can harm from plant but its known for being good at getting rid of garden pests if used correctly.

you can find sprays or powders at Walmart, Home Depot, etc for any kind of bugs and just follow directions on container and it should do the trick
Get some Neem Oil and mix as directed on the bottle. Home Depot and garden stores sells it. Neem Oil spray will get rid of most anything that is affecting your plants. You may need to respray after 2 weeks.
Mix a few drops of liquid dishwashing soap in water and spray the plant. Make sure to get under the leaves. That's where they hide.
We use neem oil a lot.
Neem oil is particularly effective against small soft-bodied insects. Examples include aphids, thrips, spider mites, mealybugs, scale, and white flies. When applied directly, the oil can coat their bodies and kill them – or otherwise interfere with reproduction and feeding. It is also said to repel mosquitoes, flies, cabbage white butterflies, and moths.
On the other hand, neem oil is not toxic to bees when used correctly! It also doesn’t bother other beneficial insects like ladybugs, earthworms, parasitic wasps, spiders, or adult butterflies – as long as they aren’t directly sprayed with it! Therefore, take care to spray it only in the evening hours, when beneficial insects are least active. Note that neem doesn’t do much to control caterpillars, except maybe repel their adult butterfly or moth form.
Looks like the handywork of Japanese beetles, to keep the off your plants hang a Japanese Beetle trap as far away from your plants as possible. There is a pheromone attachment on top of the trap, they will enter the bag and never come out again, until you dump it.
Could be a lot of insects. Get an insecticidal soap spray and spray plant in the mornings and UNDER leaves.
Japenese beetles
Japanese beetles! The easiest way I've gotten rid of them if to pluck them off once a day and put them in soapy water!
