Narrow bathroom
Would like inspiration for a long but very narrow bathroom. The vanity sink has to be 12" or less so as to be able to use the toilet.

Here are some to scroll through at Amazon, you did not mention if you have a vanity in place, but in case here are some 12" vanities to look at:

A pretty basin on top of the vanity would be attractive and possibly an option for you. Put that with an attractive faucet and handles.
Hello. Do you need the vanity for storage? In our bathroom that we put in a pedestal sink That gave more room and a more spacious feel to our hall bathroom.
Kind of hard to see where toilet and sink are to be situated. A picture when asking for help is always worth a 1000 words. Is the sink across from, or beside the toilet. Really hard to know what you want. They make narrow and thin sinks and could put one on a pedestal type bottom.
Pedestal sinks or even sinks that have NO BASE at all that just attach to the wall will help a lot, that way it won't intrude on walking space.
Dimensions would be helpful or a picture of the area in question.
You can get some low profile vanities that should work or a pedestal sink. If you have photos, maybe that would be easier to help. In general, most that I've seen are painted in very light colors. Shiplap might be a possibility.
Hi! There are some very small sinks available. Could you provide some more information?

You could pop over to Pinterest or Google images and search narrow bathrooms. I’m sure lots of inspo will come up to scroll through.
Mounting the taps and faucet on the wall instead of on the deck of the vanity or sink, will save inches depth-wise. A floating basin or vanity, also wall-mounted, will also save floor space, which will give you more foot room to move around the toilet.
Shallow vanities with side-mounting (instead of back-mounting) faucets, are also floor space saving, as they are shallower than conventional vanities.
There are so,e pretty narrow sinks you put on the wall or a narrow table.
Hi, Move the sink along the wall so you have more room!
