These are some really fun Christmas/Winter decorations made from tires.
Last year we did some basic snowmen. This year we decided to create an entire family of snowmen. The snowmen, their hats and gloves and the Mrs. Snowman's apron are made from tires. The faces and buttons are made from various lids and the arms are made from rebar or pvc pipe. The "hair" is made from vertical blinds that someone was throwing out. The really fun part...Mrs. Snowman's "mop" is a glow in the dark basketball net and Mr. Snowman's broom is an actual chimney broom! We think these are so much fun!

Crystal Creation on Oct 18, 2015@L ~ spray paint is all I use! I usually take my tires to the car wash and use the tire cleaner option. rinse them well and let them air dry. There are some colors that don't stick as well for example gray doesn't do well on tires and the florescent colors don't stick well but all we use are spray paints and the cheapest ones we can find at that! Good Luck!
