Kitchen Tip for Coffee Storage Using Antique Ball Jars

I have had these antique Ball Jars for 20 years at least and for many years they were stored in a box or put on a shelf as farmhouse décor. I never put any thought into using the in the kitchen because they were "old".
However a few years ago I decided I did not like my stainless steel canister set because the set showed fingerprints and dirt so I put in the garage sale and looked for something else. Then I stumbled upon a sealed box in the attic and opened it up to discover my 2 antique Ball jars I had put away a couple years before.
So I took off the wire and ran them through the dishwasher. When they were dry I dumped the coffee in and realized that 12 oz package of coffee was a bit too much. That's okay because now one of my coffee brands is 11 oz which fits perfectly in the jar.
I am about function and neatness so this works perfect tucked under the cups hanging from the bottom of the cabinets.
