I love decorating for holidays and today I'm sharing how to decoupage Easter Eggs with brown paper.
These were Dollar Store Plastic Eggs that I used brown paper to create a neutral look.
Yes those plastic eggs you fill and hide for your kiddos. I LOVE neutrals so I thought it would be fun to make some more neutral eggs.
When I was making them, my husband came home and walked into the kitchen and said “What are you making, Potatoes?” ….lol.
I love them in this driftwood bowl I found and shared on a Tuesday Treasures a while back and I also love them in the egg holders too.
All you need are some plastic Eggs, Mod Podge and craft paper (I used a brown bag). Of course you can use any paper you love, scrapbook, book page or music notes too.
I cut strips of paper about an inch wide and then tore it into small pieces and of course it’s good to have then uneven and not all the same.
I then applied a big glob of mod podge onto the egg and then started putting the pieces of paper on it.
