9 Drawer Dresser and Nightstand From Vintage Statements

Brant Miller from Vintage Statements picked up this lovely dresser and nightstand. The previous owners didn't want it and was going to pitch it as they didn't see the potential in it. Luckily, Brant did see the potential in it.
He started out looking the piece over to make sure they were not missing something. All the tracks were there, no bubbling in the piece. No dog bites or anything.
First, Brant took off all the hardware and prepared to sand it down. With Dixie Belle Paint, you don't have to sand the piece down, however, Brant likes to sand the pieces down and remove any scratches and such.
After all the mess is made, he then vacuumed the piece and wiped it down so that the painting process could begin. For this piece, they went with Caviar Black from Dixie Belle Paint. One coat is all that was needed. To finish the piece off Brant went with a clear coat flat from Dixie Belle Paint Company.
