If you have a 10 year old daughter like I do, you know what Shopkins are!!! Lol.
My daughter plays with them non stop. I find them all over the house. She has so many, and they're so little, it's easy to lose track of them all.
I had her storing them in a small plastic bin, but then had to upgrade to a larger one. As her collection grows, so will this idea.
Since she loves to display them all over her bedroom to show favorites to her "special" ones, I thought this was a better fit than my entertainment center. Ha!!!
I purchased 4 sets (2) ice cube trays and some Command strips from the dollar store.
Here's what I came up with.
I used the poster board Command Strips and cut hem to size. 1 strip will give you 2 if you cut them in half.
8 ive cube trays.
I attached the Command Strips to the back of the ice cube trays. And then attached them to the wall.
I used a large Command Strip hook to hold her Shopkins case with her favorites in them. And placed it next to the trays.
The Shopkins fit perfectly inside of the trays. And as she adds more to her collection, I can add more trays!!!
Perfect fit!!!!
