Galvanized Accents on My Potting Bench

Gather your galvanized watering cans, buckets and funnels, it's time to decorate a rustic potting bench! Maybe a few old birdhouses too!
Earlier this year, I made the mini zinc planters for Sempervivum with nails and an old piece of barn wood. Not only did I love the look of galvanized and barn wood, the board covered the sink's faucet holes perfectly!
The addition of three metal tiles added the much needed height to the zinc pot/barn wood planter board.
This is my very favorite watering can!
The galvanized lantern was purchased new this season at Target. I added a piece of barn wood to the back, stones in the bottom and a perfectly weathered terracotta pot to give it "instant" age.
Even though impatiens and calibrachoa are still pretty small, I like the potting bench with all the galvanized accents. More photos and tips on my blog!
