Hi Fariba, this video will help you get rid of those stains - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnWpyWzsk7c
A little nail polish remover on a cloth should take care of most of it. Then use soap and water for the residue. Here's a link:

Try this:
For most cotton and man-made fabrics, you should gently dab the stain with a clean cloth first, removing as much excess as possible.
Gently dab a very small amount of non-acetone remover onto the fabric. Allow the cloth to naturally absorb the stain without much force.
Repeat until there is no transfer or minimal transfer to the cloth.
Machine wash as usual (if washable).

Soak the stained portion of your cotton shirt in a small glass container containing naill polish remover. Dab the polish away with a cotton ball until the stain is gone.

I would soak a cotton back or q-tip with nail polish remover and rub and it should remove it.
Use a cotton ball and nail polish remover. Use a clean cotton ball to remove any excess and wash in the washer like normal. You want to lightly dab the stain away not change the color of the shirt.
Acetone, the kind you buy in the hardware store not nail polish remover should get it out.
soak it in nail polish remover and then wash on cold. If the stain isn't gone, then soak again and wash on cold. Don't put it in the dryer until the stain is gone or the heat will help the nailpolish to set for good.
You can try using acetone lightly
I agree with Ann, Nail varnish remover. Use a thick Kitchen tissue under to absorb. Then wash.
Depending on where it is and if you cannot remove it completely you can possibly add an embroidery type patch. Tons of them in places like JoAnn Fabrics.
I think it was alcohol pour on spot and dab it off with clean cloth till gone
