How To Get Heat Marks Out of Wood

Have you ever sat something hot on your dining room table, and been horrified to find it damaged the finish? This Christmas I made a huge dinner, and ended up running out of pot holders, so I started sitting dishes on towels. Big Mistake!
I had two, very noticeable, heat marks on my table after dinner. Our table was purchased new last February, so you can imagine I was upset!
I did a little research, and was shocked to learn that getting rid of them was as easy as getting out the iron!
I was so relieved that my table looked brand-new again!
