I've seen recommendations to use denatured alcohol to clean Corian by DuPont. As far as I know, it can be substituted with isopropyl alcohol in cleaning.

I'm sure isopropyl is fine. Anything stronger, I'd test with a q-tip on a hidden area.

I have found that besides being very harsh on your hands, using alcohol to clean Corian countertops wil leave streeks.

what I use is 1/3 bottle of isopropyl alcohol, the rest water, and a few drops of essential oil. Keeps counters clean and disinfected.

I used regular rubbing alcohol with a drop of dawn and water to clean my corian when I had it. Never did any damage
