I found this amazing little kit for my head lights. Its a little sanding head that attaches to the end of a drill and comes with a specific solution that's made to clean up headlights. It did wonders for my Honda!
Is it car wax?! Try using WD40, Dawn dish liquid on a damp cloth. Lemon scented ammonia on a cloth.
I've used Cerama Bryte...works great!!
Use white toothpaste and either scrub or get a drill attachment. Make sure you use a non scratch scrubber. I like Scrub Daddy sponges for this type job.

You could try rubbing alcohol but test it in a small spot first.
Vinegar and dawn on a green scrubbie will take it off
Just use a toothpaste and scrub the surface.
Try just a microfiber cloth. Those clothes can pick up a lot! Use cheap ones from the dollar store b/c its hard to get wax out of the clothes once they pick it up.

Baking soda and vinegar is a winning combination when it comes to cleaning anything. The same method works for cleaning car headlights as well. Mix the two ingredients and apply to the surface with a microfiber cloth. Rinse and repeat this process as needed.
