Here's a quick walkthrough of what we will be making on LIVE on Hometalk!
Supplies;
- 3--- Rolls of 5.5" mesh. Think Fall/Harvest colors
- 1--- Decorative Fall Sign
- 1-2--- Fall Leave sprays/bushels
- 1-2--- Fall Flowers
- 1--- 14" Wire frame
- 20--- Matching pipe-cleaners
- Hot glue
- Wire snips
OPTIONAL
1- Roll of Fall Ribbon ( Preferably 5 yards or more)
Pumpkins/gourds ( Dollar Tree)
1--- Roll- Deco Tubing ( Dollar Tree- Orange)
Lets start!
Begin by cutting your mesh pieces 9" long. I used a rotary blade to cut mine. You want clean cuts so make sure your scissors/blades are sharp. Once I cut 18 pieces, I put the rolls to the side.
After this, I took each pipecleaner and attached them to the wreath. I did this by "twisting" around TWO of the four wires. For the inner two rings, I placed one pipe-cleaner in the center of the 6 individual sections. Each metal frame should be made up of 6 sections. For the outer two rings, I wrapped two on either side of the inner rings pipe-cleaner. This means 3 piplecleaners in each of the 6 sections. Total of 18 pipe-cleaners.
I then started " curling" my mesh. I simply worked with the meshes natural tendency to curl, and then scrunched it in the middle. I did this for the three separate colors, and then placed them in the pipe-cleaner and secured tightly by wrapping the pipe-cleaner.
If you are adding tubing, now is the time to do so. Simply create little loops/bows by gathering the tubing, and then placing them in each of the pipe-cleaners. Now do one final twist, and then cut them off. CUT THEM OFF WITH SNIPS, NOT YOUR SCISSORS. This is how you dull them very fast.
Next, attach your sign. Simply attach with an extra pipe-cleaner and fastening it to your wire frame.
Now cut your florals and picks so that you have little bunches of each. Evenly disperse them throughout the wreath until you have your desired coverage. Then, once you find a spot you like, glue them in. Make sure they are firmly attached.
You can adorn this wreath with small bows, pumpkins, gourds, and other fall trinkets. Make it your OWN!
Make sure no wires, loose pieces, and strings are sticking out.
Voila! A gorgeous wreaths that will wow your neighbors and guests.

I loved the wreath, but like one of the other viewers, I WENT TO Hobby Lobby and bought the mesh because I made one using mesh from Jo Ann’s and it was not even close to being full. I had to double the amount. Same thing with th mesh from Hobby Lobby.
