So EASY to create- If you haven't tried Washi Tape, you gotta give it a try!
Using Napkin Rings from the local Dollar Tree -These napkin rings came 6 in one package! Using a little Washi Tape on them created a custom napkin ring for so little $$!
Decorating simple black dessert cups!
Using a white Chalk Paint Marker creates a great named place card! Perfect for Kids Parties!
For a more mature look use a pretty black & silver design! Very Frug-Elegant! Party

There's a TJMax and Home Goods 4 miles from here. I will look there this week. Thanks for responding. Did you purchase the black cups at a party goods store? This is such a cute Idea. I'm hosting a birthday party for a Sr. Citizen friend/neighbor and her birthday is near the end of this month and I thought instead of me putting glass bowls around of snacks, put one of these above each place setting. Save on washing dishes and they can take their cup of candies home with them. The guest all live here in our court.

The cups were at Walmart. They had a pretty nice selection.. also had the small spoons in orange & black. And really cute white bones & tombstones for baking or I was thinking chocolate pudding in the cups with the bones sprinkled on top. I love the idea of using them for everyone to take their candy home for your party. Perfect!! put a picture up when you make it.
