How to Make a Cute, Inexpensive Spring Wreath

I needed a new spring wreath for my front door, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. After a trip to the Dollar Store and the clearance bin at the craft store, I had everything I needed to make a cute wreath for less than $10!
I found some gorgeous aqua ribbon on clearance at the craft store one day, and I thought it would be perfect for spring. Wreath forms are pricey, but pool noodles from the Dollar Store are cheap, and that's exactly what I used as the base for the wreath! I also found some cute flowers there, and they looked great with the ribbon.
I just cut the pool noodle and folded it so that it formed a circle, and then I taped the ends together.
Then, I just wound the fabric ribbon around and around the circle until it was completely covered and pinned it to the pool noodle. The flowers looked a little plain, so I mixed the colors and blinged them out a little before glueing them to the fabric.
And that's all it took to make this thrifty spring wreath! You can hang it on your door or surprise Mom with a new wreath for Mother's Day.You can find additional details on the blog. Thanks for reading! :)
