Great idea. I save my cards until I'm ready to scrapbook for that Christmas (I'm usually at least one Chrsitmas behind) and use the cute part of the card or the sentiment to highlight my scrapbook pics.
If you find at some point that you just do not have room any more to store all your rings, or albums of greeting cards, your donating them to Treasures 4 Teachers would be most welcome.
This is an organization that accepts donations of crafts materials and other school-related items, then gives them to individual teachers who need supplies for their classrooms. More often than not, there is just no budget for these types of resources, and teachers are paying for them out of their own pockets.
