Giant Feather Wall Art Tutorial

Big walls need big art! Make this one with just a few simple supplies -- plywood, painter's tape, and paint.
I made this giant feather wall art for my friend's guest bedroom makeover. It was easy!
Tape off your design, making sure to really push down the edges so the paint doesn't bleed. I found that Frog Tape worked better than standard blue painters tape -- it really helped keep the paint from bleeding.
Paint using a beautiful selection of colors. Once the paint dries, peel off the tape revealing the wood below.
Voila! A large, beautiful statement piece that helps fill up a large space on a wall.
