Here is my second project that I used wire connectors. The first was a sunburst mirror.
The Instructional Media Center (IMC) at the university where I work was pitching these green wire connectors. I took them home to keep for a future project. It ended up there were so many of them that I made two projects.
Little Green Connector Men.
The first set of 2 connectors I glued end to end.
Glue end to end.
The 2nd set of 2 connectors I glued side to side.
Glue 2 side to side.
I took the 1st set and glued it on top of the second set.
Glue set 1 to set 2.
I glued 1 single connector on top of the 1 st set for the head.
Add connector for head.
I glued a small piece of connector to the face.
His face is added.
Now he joins his buddy.
All done. It took about 45 minutes to make 5.

Thank you Hillela! I'm giving one to the guy that pitched the wire connectors.

These little green men are adorable! Better hold off giving one to the guy who tossed them, otherwise he may have second thoughts of tossing any future project components. 😉
