No hardware or hanging devices on back of mirror. There are 2 holes—one on each side on back of mirror.
Go for a custom and unique looking frame. If you have farmhouse decor attach to a piece of wood, wrap sisal rope around the mirror and hot glue in place. Or check out this site they have some great ideas for unique frames that dress up a plain looking mirror:
