I hung a birdcage.
Plants are always lovely but you could hang a wind chime , a small sculptural item - just try what pleases your eye!
What ever your decor or style is. Plant (real or fake), lamp, any accessory that can be hung.
A suncatcher would be beautiful, you could reflect the seasons.
Outside a wind chime. Inside a stained glass suncatcher or dreamcatcher.
You could do a light fixture. I like the macrame out of white rope with a faux plant inside a pretty planter.
Corner hooks used to be commonly used for swag style hanging lamps
I have an inside wind chime that is angels made of glass and they look beautiful on the plant hanger
How close/far away from the corner is the hook? The amount of space (inches) in between the hook and the walls will partly determine the type and size of objects that can be hung from it.
What room is the corner hook in, or how is the room being used?
Hi Angel, a Boston Fern is my favorite go to for a hanging plant. Depending on how much light and space you have you might go with a live or faux plant. If faux, purchase the nicest one you can afford for the size of the area and you won't regret it. You can find simple macrame hangers or make one to hang at the appropriate height.
Hi Angel: You could go to a thrift store and buy an old bird cage and put a hanging plant in it. If it gets sunlight, you could put a solar light inside, also.
You have so many great options here, but it's really up to you and what fits your style, decorwise. However, if you need extra light in the room. it might be the perfect place for a hanging lamp. They're coming back in style.
Here are some pretty examples I found:

You could get a long hanging lamp if there’s a plug nearby.
Macrame long plant holder. Angel. Mobile etc.
I think either a lantern or plant would look perfect.
Plants fake or real would be beautiful. Or any accessory that can be hhng.

It can be removed and you can fill the hole with spackle if you don't like it. Other than that you can use it to hang a light or a plant.
