Stencils Boast Big Style In A Powder Room

Are you looking for a fun, easy, and inexpensive project to give your powder room a little pick-me-up? Then you have come to the right place! Wall stencils can give you the stylish look you desire for less. Today we have a powder room update that uses our very popular, Rabat Allover Stencil. Let's take a look!
We'd like to welcome Amber, the creative DIYer behind the blog Amber Packer. Amber says, "I have long admired the beautiful stencils sold by Cutting Edge Stencils. I love their beautiful patterns and could imagine what a statement they would make!"
Since Amber loves the color white, she chose to paint all of her rooms white prior to moving in. Now that she lives there, she's adding a bit of her own personality to each space using color. After browsing the large stencil collection online, she selected the Rabat Allover Stencil in large, one of our most popular Moroccan patterns.
Armed with her favorite stencil pattern, Amber decided to paint her powder room. The powder room was already painted a soft white similar to Benjamin Moore's simply white. To enhance the space, she chose a light gray with warm undertones, Benjamin Moore's revere pewter.
Isn't that a pretty color combination? We think it's perfect for stenciling! Amber used blue painter's tape to help hold the Rabat Allover Stencil in place and then painted the wall pattern using a dense foam roller.
After each section was painted, she would untape the stencil and reposition to continue the wall pattern on the entire wall.
Once the space was complete, Amber added some wall decor and a new mirror.
Amber had this to say about her stencil project, "Everyone LOVES the room and it’s a fun, unexpected surprise when they open the door. I am still in LOVE with it."
