Easy Personalized Mail Organizer

My #1 clutter problem on my counter is my MAIL. In an effort to contain the clutter and piles I decided that it's time to get a mail organizer. I found these magazine bins at , they cost $15 for 5 bins. The bins have a nesting feature, but I wanted the bins to be separated a little more, to fit more junk - ha ha. I also wanted to add labels to aid in the organizing process.
Print out labels/stencils from the computer. (You can print and download mine from the link at the bottom.) Tape the stencil in place. Use an X-acto knife and trace around the words and design. Remove the tape from the middle (the area to be painted.)

My painted stenciling process is super easy and anyone can do it without a fancy cutter machine. Check out the tutorial from the link below.
Paint the label/stencil with your favorite paint.
Mount the bins to a board.

Now everyone in the house knows where the mail goes ;-)

I bookmarked this for future reference. Have a small home office but needed to have somebody to help me move several of the heavy pieces of furniture. Even the moving co. men complained about this solid cherry Hooker desk. Want a computer desk top where I can put a lamp, my computer monitor, and my printer..
