Light kits have to be made for that particular fan, usually.
You can order light cages online. Look for the ones that say the opening is adjustable.
Ive 'bought some online. Measure the neck of each fixture since you'll want a good fit.
I would change out the globes with new ones from the home improvement stores. Then I would paint the fan blades. Remove them first and paint. Also, if the main frame of the ceiling fan is outdated, you might want to paint it and update it too. Be aware the home improvement stores have spray paints for both metal painting and also wood surfaces etc. So look for the right type, do it outside on cardboard or well ventilated garage or somewhere you get lots of fresh air.
