I easily gave my dining chairs a new look! This project is for you if you still love your table set but no longer like the pattern on your chairs. Transform the look of your dinning room set with an easy update on the upholstery of the chairs. Let me help guide you on a quick and easy way to completely change the look.
The first thing you are going to want to do is remove the seat using a screwdriver and then remove all the staples holding the current upholstery.
Then you'll want to cut out the new fabric. You can use the previous material as a pattern or use the seat to measure the new cover making sure to leave enough material around the edges to attach to the underside of the cushion.
I used an Air pressured stapler, but you can also use an industrial sized hand stapler to attach your new material. Reattach the seat to the chair and you have a beautiful New Look! It's super easy to do and looks brand new! Hope you like it and give it a try!
Suggested materials:
  • Upholstery material, staples, screwdriver, staple remover   (Material from Walmart; staples from Home Depot, screwdriver and staple remover from home.)
