DIY Bird Feeder Station

by Front Porch Ideas
(IC: blogger)
Longing to hear birds singing in your backyard and to see their beautiful colors? Using black pipe and connectors to create a stand set in a bit of concrete you can easily make a diy bird feeding station that will attract many different kinds of birds to your yard.
This station can hold suet, thistle, a bird seed mix as well as a platform feeder for larger birds to hold black oil sunflower seeds.
Dave shows what this station looks like in the accompanying video, details on created the platform feeder and also shares how he made a special tool for the grandchildren to help fill the platform feeder with sunflower seeds. He has plans to create a baffle on the main pipe to keep the squirrels away - just part of his ongoing battle with them!
The video shows many more details, and you can always contact us through our website listed below if you have any other questions.
