If they are in the kitchen they might be pantry moths.

Check any flour, grains, pasta, etc. I had them a few years back, came in a bag of dog kibble I purchased on line. Never ordered their food again on line.

  I had pantry months once and it was the worst! If you put flour etc in the freezer when you bring it in the house it will kill any eggs and prevent an infestation

  You are absolutely correct! I do it with any flour, grain (rice), pasta, etc. But if you bring them home unknowingly, like my on line purchase of dog kibble, one must just be diligent.

Buy a pantry moth trap on Amazon. It will clear then out quickly.
