Most importantly, figure out how they are getting in, if you can control that, you have made some important headway.
I also keep several fly swatters handy.
Once a year we get a whole bunch of flies in the small bathroom, to help with that concentration, I shut the door & use the vacuum cleaner tube extension and suck them up while they are starting to land and also mid air.

Keeping garbage covered, intact screens and a screen door all help. I also keep a fly swatter handy!
