How to cover electric box on our deck?

I would like to build some kind of cover, thinking 3 sided with hinges, it has to be secured because of wind and so electric people can get to it, any thoughts?

Maybe a pot of flowers that will basically cover it but not hinder the meter man? Just a thought, hope it helps

Check with your utility companies first. Where I live it is not allowed - even painting needs to be pre-approved.
