Powerwash it! Add a rug or two. If your patio is otherwise attractively decorated no one notices the floor. Or you can paint or stain it to your liking.

Paint it with Concrete paint - (Any Design) or one colour, or cover it with Decking (Old Pallets)? or Tile over it.

Clean thoroughly using cleaning solution from hardware store, then you put sealant on then paint plain or in design you want then reseal again enjoy
