H Holly. I think you'll have to grind of the head of the rivet and then hammer out the rivet with a punch.

Using a 3/16 inch drill bit, drill through the first rivet head on the locker's metal frame. Take great care not to drill into the metal locker itself. You will need to repeat this process until all the rivets are removed.
You have to either cut the to of the Rivet off or drill it out.
