Make sure all of the wood is still in good shape and replace it if needed. Than I would thoroughly sand it down and restain it to bring it back to its natural beauty :)
Wash, sand and add a new coat of stain.

Hi Monica, sand her down and restain with an exterior marine varnish. She should be good for many more years.
Teak oil should restore the wood.
A light sanding and then painting the slats will do the trick!
Hello. Stripping and either restaining or painting the wooden slats would be a great option to consider
I would pressure wash it to clean it, let it dry, sand it down and repaint the wood. Then, you could paint the metal a brighter/lighter color.
Strip, sand and paint, take a look here for some inspiration:

Sand all down then re satin it
Power wash it. then Use Rustoleum on the metal parts. For the wood I would use a General Finishes stain. https://generalfinishes.com/
Rub timber down and re-stain or Seal with outdoor wood finish/ Re-paint the metal work with Hamerite or other make metal garden paint.
Paint or restain it
I would clean it with Murphy's oil soap and then use a hemp oil for furniture to condition it.
You can clean it up and give the wood a fresh coat of paint.
