Elmer's Wood Glue and clamps may be the way to go. Examine them to see what is the issue. Also, the way the legs are attached to the chair is key. If you are unable to clamp the joints, you will need some way to make sure they stay in place until the glue sets.

Hi, You have to take the chairs apart and start again as the Glue has probably failed! Personally if I loved the chairs , then I would get a price from a furniture restorer or furniture maker to fix them!
