Organizing jewelry can be super easy and affordable with this craft! I figured this old frame wasn't getting much use so why not re-purpose it!

Step 1: Spray paint frame outdoors (Be sure to check cap color for accuracy)
Step 2: Cut cardboard to shape of the frame window.
Step 3: Roll Wooden dowel into felt paper and use hot glue to secure.
Step 4: Glue felt dowels onto cardboard and cut off excess
Step 5: Secure cardboard (with added dowels) into picture frame. Secure with picture frame latches on back.
