Easy Fall Scarecrow

Do you love fall decor on a budget? Me too! Today I'm sharing how to make an easy fall scarecrow. You can see more of my crazy creations here

I started with a pool noodle, and I used a serrated knife to cut the pool noodle to the right size for your scarecrow.

I purchased a shirt and pants from a thrift store. I placed them onto the pool noodles. I stuffed the shirt with some old plastic bags and you could use fiberfill if you like.

I bought a small bear from the dollar store. I cut the back and legs off the bear to use as a beard.

I hot glued a piece of square felt together, and I cut a small circle out of jeans. I hot glued the 2 pieces together to make a hat.

I glued the beard onto the shirt and glued the hat onto the collar.

I added some embellishments like a rope for a belt, straw in the hat and arms, and flowers on the rim.
