Girl's Frog Themed Bedroom

When my boyfriend's daughter moved into our house, she requested a frog room. Knowing us, we went all out to deliver. We decorated a bedroom equipped with a full frog tank, a wall mural, and an under-the-bed fort area.
But before the beauty shots, let's look at how boring the room was prior. We did, however, pick this bunk bed up off of Craigslist for a steal though. It was pretty scratched up (not shown), but we polished it and carried it upstairs to assemble, and it came out beautiful.

Here's the newly polished bunk bed in all its glory, without any decor or sheets.
But, then we transformed that space into an under-the-bed oasis for Bailey to sit under and watch her frogs (her favorite activity). We lined the floor with pillows and attached lantern lights to the bed.
Stephen set up her frog tank on the desk, so they can hangout with her down there.
He also used a jigsaw to cut a window in the outside of the bed so that you can see the frogs from both sides of the bed, which turned out to be a really cool effect.
We had a muralist come in and paint a tree with a pond for the big, empty wall on the opposite side of the room. He completed the whole thing in 5 hours--amazing, right?!
We bought this pillow from an adorable Etsy shop!
We bought that beautiful dresser off of Craigslist, and purchase the hamper from Amazon.
Another adorable Etsy purchase.
When you walk in, the mural is the first think you see, which I love!
What do you think? We absolutely love the room. It's my favorite room in the house! To see more details of the room, and to see Stephen's favorite room in the house (spoiler: Minecraft room), head to my blog below!
